Work Description

Rapid Review-Standard-Building Construction:1831/Thomas - UNIVERSITY; Combination building permit for the replacement in-kind of (5) (E) doors and (13) (E) windows, the remodel of (1) (E) kitchen and (1) (E) bathroom, repair/replacement of (678) SQF of stucco, the repair/replacement of (1600 SQF) of drywall throughout the entire SDU, and the repair/replacement in-kind (same size and specifications) of (E) damaged structural framing members located in the roof rafters of an (E) SDU. Replaced door(s)/window(s) are the same size and type as the existing door(s)/window(s). There are no changes to the existing opening size. No changes to structural elements, wall framing or exterior walls. Existing structural framing system and life/safety sufficiently intact for verification by the City inspector. Plans and calculations are required for repair of pre-manufactured structural elements such as parallams, microlams, trussjoists.
