City Funded Demolition 1. EMERGENCY CURB-SIDE DEMOLITION. Remove all garbage and debris, vegetation, concrete slabs, accessory structures, steps and fencing. 2. Contract term 30 days. Start Date: 3/27/2026, 2:00 PM. Contract ending date: 4/26/2026 2:00 PM 3. ACHD asbestos application required 4. Void to be filled with clean material. 5. Lot shall be graded to match adjacent lots, and so that water is diverted away from neighboring structures. 6. Fence off entire length of parcel to pedestrian traffic using 6-foot barricade fencing. 7. Pictures must be taken of neighboring structures and sidewalk before demolition can begin. 8. Structure must be made safe within 24 hours 9. City regulations limit demolition work to the hours of 7 a.m. through 8 p.m. 10.
