In request for a ti building permit for the east bank flats affordable housing multifamily development. this scope of work consists of the interior tenant improvement build-out of the leasing office space located on level 1 of the building. work includes interior partitions, doors, finishes, fixtures, casework, millwork, and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems serving this space only. all work is limited to the designated leasing office area and does not include any residential dwelling units, core/shell work, or other building areas. this project is part of a phased turnover strategy for an affordable housing development. scope of work includes all associated corridors, common areas, support spaces, and building systems necessary to serve the tenant spaces. municipal inspection partners will be 3rd party plans reviewing this project. poc: amanda tupper 615-716-8111
