Standard- Dry Utilities:2523/Grove - WYYERD FIBER: Public Right of Way Permit - Construction plans for public improvements, including completed vault excavation by removing surrounding material to achieve clearance around the structure. Prepared the subgrade and set the vault on 6"–8" of ½" crushed rock bedding. Reinstalled the vault lid before backfilling and ensured it was flush and level with the existing landscape grade.
