Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Install a new 200-amp electrical service, including three (3) meter sockets, a main circuit breaker panel, service conductors, and proper grounding and bonding. Install feeders to supply three subpanels (1) 60 amp subpanel for house, (2) 100-amp subpanels, one (1) serving the commercial space and one (1) serving the dwelling unit, including all required overcurrent protection, terminations, and grounding. Provide complete electrical distribution, including installation of wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting, and receptacle outlets. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms as required. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
