Work Description

Diagnostic revealed tree roots growing into a 3¿x2¿ wye for the guest bathroom tub drain. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating the entry hole(s) at the left side of the house. - Then tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately ___5__ feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues. - If additional tunneling or beam penetration is needed a supplemented estimate will be provided. - If any more work is needed such as solid rock removal roots or any unforeseeable objects come across this estimate will be supplemented to accommodate the additional work needed to complete the job. - Defective drains will be removed from the plumbing system and debris will be hauled away. - Drains will then be replaced with new DWV schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings in accordance with plumbing code. - Pipe will be well supported and strapped to underneath foundation to prevent the same thing happening in the future.
