The scope of work involves partial interior demolition across all levels of the structure. On the first floor, interior partition walls will be removed to facilitate an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen layout. The second level will undergo demolition of interior partition walls to relocate the bedroom footprints and prepare for the installation of a new full bathroom.
