Work Description
Installation of 300psf sidewalk shed and pipe scaffolding as per plans. sidewalk shed and pipe scaffolding shall comply with chapter #33 of the 2022 code no change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.

Installation of temporary sidewalk shed on roadway per plan submitted. Work shall comply with 2014 building codes chapter 33. No change in use, egress and/or occupancy with this application.
Provide (2) new elevator structures to existing building. Modify/Provide new ADA compliant ramp/steps.
To modify existing building to be ADA complaint
Furnish & install new sprinkler booster pump, associated FCVA, sprinkler/standpipe risers and piping (Harry Winston Infrastructure) as per plans. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
