Frame interior partition (non-load baring) walls with 2 interior doors electrical. 2 exhaust fan units 7 ceiling recessed lights fixtures 2 wall light fixtures above vanity on 6 wall switches add 5 GFCI wall outlets (2 for bathtub 1 behind toilet 2 above vanity). Install new tile flooring and painting.
