Work Description

Replacement of two gang meter socket with a new three gang meter socket. Addition of a small breaker panel to accommodate the “house” panel, which will supply common areas with power. DLC completed a wiring investigation at the property and has determined a house panel and meter must be added to remove common areas from tenants meters. This is a stand alone project/permit.
