Request to amend building permit #2025015543. This is to add a 25,500 SF new third floor shell space to the current permit for the Bed Tower and Surgery Expansion project at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. The project currently under construction includes a new two-story patient bed tower, and an additional floor has been added to the scope of the project. The scope as currently documented includes a new shell floor, new mechanical room, and extension of the exterior walls for the third floor.
