Work Description
Addition and/or Alteration - Perform tenant fit-out of a portion of Level 8 and the entirety of Level 9 of an existing office building for use as medical office and healthcare facility space. Work includes installation of electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, lighting control systems, exit signs, emergency lighting, and receptacle outlets. Provide branch circuits and electrical connections for equipment, motors, and pumps, including all associated wiring, terminations, grounding, and overcurrent protection. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans. (THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK)
