MODERNIZATION OF SELECT AREAS AND SYSTEMS AT THE EXISTING TOM BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL AT ARRIVALS LEVEL 1: Selective demolition of partition walls, finishes, ceilings, terrazzo flooring, topping slabs at entry points, restroom lavatories, fixtures, and associated equipment. Structural work includes removal and relocation of one moment frame beam to a higher position on the same frame. Renovations include new topping slabs at ramps, terrazzo flooring, new partitions, ceilings, lighting, MEP systems, and associated fixtures and equipment. The existing baggage carousel will be reconfigured to increase capacity. Accessibility upgrades include new ramps with compliant slopes, equipment mounted at code-required heights, and accessible restroom lavatories. No changes to the path of travel to restrooms, elevators, or exits.
