Mip will be 3rd party reviewing this project, poc amanda tupper. in request for a tenant finish out permit, the project consists of an interior tenant improvement within an existing commercial building located in green hills, nashville, tennessee, totaling approximately 2,455 square feet. the space is classified as occupancy group a-2 (restaurant) and will be utilized as a full-service restaurant (waldo’s chicken and beer) with dining and kitchen operations. the scope includes selective demolition, new interior partitions, finishes, millwork, fixtures, and reconfiguration of dining and back-of-house kitchen areas as shown on the plans. work also includes installation and modifications to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen exhaust systems to support the restaurant operations. no change to the building footprint or height is proposed, and all work is limited to the interior tenant space.
