Addition and/or Alteration - Remove, salvage, and reinstall two (2) existing light fixtures, cameras, and life safety equipment in the area between rooms. Furnish and install two (2) new electrical panels, one (1) 400-amp, 36-circuit panel and one (1) 100-amp, 24-circuit panel, including feeders and circuit breakers. Remove existing HVAC equipment feeders and conduit, and install new feeders and conduit for HVAC and MSA equipment. Furnish and install MSA gas detection system, including monitors, alarm towers, controller, and provide commissioning and startup. Provide connection of the MSA controller to the fire alarm system, including furnishing and installing additional fire alarm equipment as required for proper integration. Install wiring for roll-up shutters as indicated on the plans. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, 2016 NFPA 72 and per approved plans.
