Standard- Dry Utilities:4328/Polk - WYYERD FIBER: Public Right of Way Permit - Construction plans for public improvements, including trenching, bore line installation, bore pit construction, potholing, and exploratory excavation as required for the installation of Dry Utility facilities. Installation of two (2) Dry Utility facilities, including but not limited to pedestal(s), transformer(s), cabinet(s), handhole(s), and vault(s). Contractor shall remove and repair existing sidewalk and surface improvements as necessary to complete the work. Vault excavation shall provide 12"–16" of clearance around the vault. Each vault shall be set on 6"–8" of ½" crushed rock bedding. The vault lid shall be reinstalled onto the vault base prior to backfilling. Contractor shall uniformly backfill on all four sides of the vault and ensure the vault lid is flush and level with the existing finished landscape grade.
