Non-DCE-Express- Standalone:3410/Clairemont - CLAIREMONT MESA; Minor Right-of-Way permit for proposed public improvements associated with an existing commercial building. Work to include a new copper water service, PVC sewer lateral with cleanout, PVC fire service, commercial fire hydrant assembly, electrical conduit per SDG&E service order, concrete sidewalk, curb/gutter, curb-o-let and concrete driveway per EMRA, trenching/trench resurfacing, street trees with root control barriers, and irrigation.
