Removal and replacement of roof membrane systems of all roofs as shown on drawings. no change in use, egress or occupancy.

Installation of temporary roof protection as per drawings, roof protection shall comply with ch #33 of the nyc bc. no change in use, occupancy or egress under this application.

Replace existing rooftop mechanical equipment. replace existing interior air handlers and humidifiers, and assoicated piping. no change to use, egress or occupancy.

Exterior restoration: limestone unit replacement, limestone patching, soft joint replacement, cast stone patching, new flashing and waterproofing at 6/f setback and misc. repairs as per plans on floor...
