Work Description

General-Standard-Building Construction:4627/Torrey Circle - TORREY HILLS LOS PENASQUITOS CANYON; Building & Plumbing permits; For the proposed interior remodel to existing 3-story apartment building (Bldg. P) of a residential complex community. Work to include repair and restoration of existing 1-hour rated walls adjacent to bathroom showers, including the replacement of the shower drains and repairs to the 1-hour rated floor/ceiling assemblies. The proposed repairs shall be based on the engineering judgement- documents provided to the city by GHD, the fire protection consultant for this project.
