Standard- Dry Utilities:5204/University - Wyyerd Fiber: Public Right of Way Permit - Construction plan for public improvements including - 1. Remove material 12"-16" clearance from all around vault. 2. Place vault on 6"-8" of crushed rock bedding. Crushed rock to be 1/2" in diameter. 3. Reinstall the lid to the base of the vault prior to uniformly backfilling on all four sides. 4. Vault lid to be flush & leveled with existing grade of landscape. 5. Proper tamping tools such as a mechanical tamping device or a hand operated device should be used to compact earth/rock backfill material. 6.
