Work Description

General-Standard-Building Construction:525/Saturn - OTAY MESA-NESTOR. Building & electrical permits for replacing (E) generator at (E) commercial lot. Work includes (N) automatic transfer switches to feed designated loads, including (N) conduit & cable as required. 1.Excavate & trench as required to install (N) conduit & cable for (N) generator, including repair of (E) concrete slab or paved asphalt surfaces. 2. Form & pour housekeeping pad with no less than 6" of clearance on each side of generator or tank footprint. 3. Install (N) generator & required electrical distribution equipment, including combination manual transfer switch/docking station as required. 4. Make all electrical connections. 5. Compound fencing – install chain-link fence with gates as required to access generator & fuel tank. 6. Bollards – as required, install 6" steel bollards with concrete fill spaced around the compound to prevent vehicular collision with the generator &/or tank. 7. Demolition – coordinate demolition of (E) equipment, including but not limited to automatic transfer switches & generator, & remove from site.
