New Construction - Legalize existing electrical work and install a new 400-amp electrical service, including service conductors, meter equipment, main disconnecting means, and proper grounding and bonding. Install one (1) 125-amp subpanel for the house and one (1) 125-amp subpanel for each of the four (4) dwelling units, including all required feeders, overcurrent protection, grounding, and terminations. Provide complete electrical distribution throughout the building, including installation of wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, receptacle outlets, exit signs, and emergency lighting.
