To demo and dispose 6' X 13' (approx) portion of an existing uncovered deck and construct a 20' X 13' covered located to the rear of the existing single-family dwelling. Work includes installation of concrete footings, pressure-treated posts, beams, and joists; properly flashed and fastened ledger board; approved structural connectors; composite decking (Trex or equivalent); guardrails with wood top rail and black metal balusters; and stairs as required. Construct roof structure tying into the existing roofline, including framing, sheathing, underlayment, flashing, and asphalt shingles to match the home.
