Units: 1-20 & 24-36 to be processed under a separate production PRJ. Oro will have a total of 8 phases & 41 units that may be Issued in non-sequential order. Per CBC, the dwelling units are to be built as R-3 occupancy and per SDMC the dwelling units are defined as multiple dwelling units on a single lot. This is a Privately Funded project & there will be No Sales Office in the Models and Fire Sprinklers & Photovoltaic Plans are a delayed submittal that will be provided at the 1st recheck.
