Interior alterations and repair for the 5th floor amenity level 2 interior alteration to public areas on the 5th floor of the homer building to replace finishes, lighting, and add a shared conference room. the 5th floor is a multi- tenant floor with six tenant suites, which are not in contract. the project scope includes new finishes, ceilings, and lighting for the two existing elevator lobbies and the adjacent multi-tenant corridors. the work also includes construction of an amenity space, which requires modifications to public corridor ceilings and finishes. partitions facing the corridor that demise tenant spaces are existing or are be constructed under a separate scope of work and building permit. no changes will be made to the building structure, occupancy type, or vertical transportation.
