Work Description
New Construction - Install a 1000-amp electrical service and a 14-meter pack with proper grounding and bonding. Install one 125-amp subpanel for the house, one 150-amp subpanel for each of the three dwelling units, and one 100-amp subpanel for each of the ten dwelling units. Install wiring, lighting, switches, exit signs, emergency lighting, and receptacle outlets. Install interconnected smoke and CO alarms. Install a fire alarm system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC, the 2016 NFPA 72, and the approved plans.
