Work Description

Rapid Review-Standard-Building Construction:6217/Acorn - MID-CITY:EASTERN AREA: No Plan Combination Building permit for a proposed remodel to an existing SDU with the following work to be performed: 1. Replacement in-kind of (2) existing doors(s) and (3) existing window(s) when the following are true: A. Replaced door(s)/window(s) are the same size and type as the existing door(s)/window(s). B. There are no changes to the existing opening size. 2. Remodel of (1) existing kitchen and (1) existing bathroom. No changes to structural elements, wall framing or exterior walls. 3. Repair/replacement of 256 square feet of stucco. 4. Repair/replacement of 353 square feet of drywall in combination of living/bedrooms. Existing drywall must be sufficiently intact for verification of fire-resistive type and attachment by the City inspector.
