Work Description
New Construction - Install a new 400-amp electrical service, including meter socket, main circuit breaker panel, service conductors, and proper grounding and bonding. Provide an automatic transfer switch for future generator connection. Install one (1) 60-amp subpanel for pool equipment and two (2) 200-amp subpanels to serve lighting, switches, and receptacle outlets. Provide branch circuits for appliances, electric vehicle charger, and HVAC equipment. Install interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
