Take down the pergola in the back yard take up the old concrete. form up the for the new concrete for a 4" pour. dail in on the house with #4 rebars (1/2") on 24" centers. in #3 rebar on 16" centers. chaired and tied. install 6x6 post on 12' 3 " centers for the sides and the centers. will be using 12" beam from the pier. all of the measurements are under 16' so we don't need lvl's from the drawings supplied.
