Construction of an interpretative landscape approximately 23,710 square foot total, including a 2,106 square foot memorial and an 21,604 square foot Freedom Garden located on the North corner between Lincoln Circle NE and Tapscott St. and between the Gallaudet University Kellogg Conference Center and the Peikoff Alumni House, which includes sculptures of Louise B. Miller and her son, Kenneth, twenty-four bronze sculpture chairs, a small water feature, walkways, and landscaping to create a new space for public memory and gathering. This project will also include the addition of underground plumbing from the existing Gallaudet University Kellogg Conference Center mechanical room to supply and drain down the water.
