Work Description
Install temporary rooftop telecommunications installation to support increased network capacity for traffic public safety and event operations related to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Seattle. Equipment will be in place for FIFA matches 6/15 - 7/2 and will be removed after the event.

Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood but if plywood is needed we will replace with 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Oakridge shingles.
Construct alterations for telecommunications facility (AT&T) at site enclosure and roof level of multifamily building per plan.
Replace roof membrane at approximately 100 square feet.
Residential reroof only; no structural changes. Remove existing shingles. No planned plywood replacement but if needed will use 1/2" CDX. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles.
Adhere new roofing membrane directly over the existing roof system
