New Construction - Install Receptacles • Provide and install general-use receptacles as
required by NEC code and reduced per plan.
• Provide wiring, boxes, devices, supports, and
terminations.
B. Appliances (Provided by Others)
• Provide dedicated circuit / breaker / branch line for
each appliance provided by others.
• Make all necessary electrical connections including
whips, terminations, and final testing (as applicable).
• Coordinate exact requirements based on appliance
cut sheets/nameplates.
C. Service Panels / Distribution
• Relocate existing 400A panel to new location as per plan, including:
• Disconnect/reconnect feeders as required
• Conduit/wiring modifications, extensions, supports
• Circuit identification, labeling, and testing
• Feeder, breaker, grounding/bonding, panel schedule
labeling
D. Island Power
• Install conduits under slab to provide power as per
plan for island receptacles.
• Trenching/coring/cutting by others (electrical
contractor to provide/route conduit and pull conductors after
pathway is ready).
• Provide all conductors, terminations, boxes, and
device connections for island receptacles.
E. HVAC Electrical Connections
• Provide electrical connections for existing HVAC
units per specifications, including:
• Disconnects (if required by code/spec)
• Whips/conduit, conductors, terminations
• Start-up verification (electrical only)
F. Emergency Lighting / Egress
• Provide and install all emergency lighting and exit
signs as per plan, including mounting, wiring, testing, and
labeling.
G. Lighting – Fixtures Provided by Others
• Run wiring and install lighting circuits and controls to
feed fixtures provided by others.
