Addition and/or Alteration - Furnish and install a new fire alarm system within the office building. Work includes installation of a fire alarm control panel (FACP), annunciator, smoke detectors, horn/strobe notification appliances, and strobe units, along with all required wiring, terminations, programming, and testing. Provide a dedicated 120-volt branch circuit for the fire alarm system, including proper overcurrent protection, identification, and connection to the fire alarm control equipment. All devices shall be properly interconnected to provide required detection and occupant notification. All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2016 NFPA 72, the 2017 NEC and per approved plans.
