We are requesting that the code provisions of Section 705.8.7 for 'at-risk openings' be applied to the proposed garage door connection between the proposed project (Parcel 5), and the neighboring parcel to the west. As currently designed, the exterior wall is within 15' of the adjacent property, it is not a Group H occupancy, and the building is equipped throughout with sprinklers in accordance with Section 903.
